Brookfield Asset Management Ltd. Class A ( (TSE:BAM) ) has shared an update.

On July 27, 2026, NAVER, NVIDIA and Brookfield announced in San Francisco a major expansion of Korea’s sovereign AI factory infrastructure at NAVER’s GAK Sejong hyperscale data center, planning to scale NVIDIA DSX-powered capacity from 55 megawatts to 200 megawatts by 2028. NVIDIA intends to invest $1 billion in NAVER and Brookfield plans up to $9 billion in AI infrastructure, positioning the partners to deliver large-scale, multi-tenant AI cloud capacity for Korean and U.S. innovators while reinforcing Korea’s national AI ambitions and Brookfield’s role as a key global AI infrastructure investor.

The planned 200-megawatt AI factory is expected to use advanced NVIDIA platforms such as Vera Rubin and Blackwell, with a dedicated resource pool aimed at emerging AI companies needing production-scale compute, software and support. The initiative builds on NAVER’s June commitment to a long-term path to gigawatt-scale sovereign AI infrastructure and leverages Brookfield’s roughly $100 billion AI-related assets, deepening its strategic partnership with NVIDIA to support the deployment of large AI factories.

NAVER and NVIDIA are also extending their collaboration on open model development and AI agents, including advancing NAVER’s HyperCLOVA X based on NVIDIA Nemotron 3 Ultra open models and developing a Seoul World Model with proprietary urban data. These efforts, combined with NAVER’s planned AI agent platform launch in Korea in the second half of the year, seek to foster a sovereign AI ecosystem that strengthens South Korea’s AI competitiveness and provides new capabilities for enterprises, industries and government organizations.

Spark’s Take on BAM Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, BAM is a Outperform.

The score is driven primarily by strong underlying financial performance (high profitability, strong cash generation, attractive ROE) and a supportive earnings call emphasizing growth and fundraising momentum. This is tempered by a more mixed technical picture (below longer-term moving averages) and a relatively high P/E, with added caution from increased leverage and noted credit/margin headwinds.
