Banco Bradesco SA ( (BBD) ) has provided an announcement.

Banco Bradesco S.A. reported its consolidated financial statements for the first half of 2026 under IFRS, highlighting a Brazilian economy that grew modestly and remained under restrictive monetary policy, with the Selic rate ending the semester at 14.25%. The bank expanded total deposits by 21.9% year-on-year to R$782.5 billion, grew its expanded loan portfolio by 11.6% to R$1.14 trillion, and maintained robust capital and earnings metrics, including R$12.5 billion in book net income and a Tier I capital ratio of 12.8%.

In corporate actions, Bradesco completed in April 2026 the incorporation of shares of Bradesco Gestão de Saúde S.A. into Bradsaúde, making BGS a wholly owned subsidiary and raising its stake in Bradsaúde to 91.35%, while in May it released its 2025 Integrated and ESG Reports detailing governance, risk and sustainability performance. The bank further approved in June 2026 payment of R$3.5 billion in complementary interest on equity and advanced its AI Empowered Banking strategy, scaling over 800 AI use cases, enhancing digital channels such as WhatsApp and its BIA virtual assistant, investing heavily in technology talent and training, and earning international recognition as a leading bank for technology and innovation.
