The latest announcement is out from Banco Bradesco SA ( (BBD) ).

On March 10, 2026, Banco Bradesco’s extraordinary general meeting approved updated corporate bylaws that reaffirm the bank’s governance under B3’s Tier 1 Corporate Governance segment and formalize its indefinite duration and Osasco-based headquarters. The bylaws also confirm its broad banking and asset-management mandate, setting out that fiduciary and third-party fund management must operate through separate structures in line with regulation.

The revised bylaws fix the bank’s share capital at R$93.77 billion, divided between common and preferred book-entry shares, and detail shareholder rights, including enhanced dividends for preferred shares and tag-along protections in a change-of-control event. They further clarify limits and authorizations for future capital increases and share buybacks, and refine governance rules by separating the roles of board chair and CEO, tightening age limits for directors and officers, and specifying board size, decision-making rules and conditions for remote participation, which together aim to strengthen oversight and align Bradesco with Brazilian capital-market best practices.

The most recent analyst rating on (BBD) stock is a Buy with a $4.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Banco Bradesco SA stock, see the BBD Stock Forecast page.

Spark’s Take on BBD Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, BBD is a Neutral.

The score is held back primarily by weaker financial performance quality—especially highly volatile and negative recent operating/free cash flow and the sharp revenue decline—despite ongoing profitability. Offsetting factors include constructive technical momentum, a reasonable value/dividend setup, and an earnings call narrative supporting continued growth and improving efficiency, albeit with cost and capital/regulatory risks.
