Banco Santander disclosed a managerial-related share-linked transaction involving Bafimar, S.L., a company closely associated with executive chair Ana Patricia Botín. The notice concerns a purchase of financial instruments linked to Santander’s ordinary shares with a nominal value of €0.50 each.
