Bunge Global Launches Executive Incentive Tied to Viterra Integration

An update from Bunge Global ( (BG) ) is now available.

On March 26, 2026, Bunge Global SA’s board approved a special, one-time Executive Integration Incentive Program granting performance-based restricted stock units to senior officers, including CEO Gregory Heckman and other named executives. The awards, tied to cumulative run-rate cost synergy targets over a performance period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028, are designed to accelerate the integration of Viterra Limited and ensure sustained executive focus on achieving multi-year synergy and cost savings goals.

The PBRSUs will only vest and be settled in registered shares if the specified synergy targets are met and the executives remain employed through the vesting date, with additional constraints for CEO Heckman and CFO John Neppl linked to an existing shareholder-approved cap on total executive management compensation. This structure aligns senior leadership’s long-term incentives with the success of the Viterra integration, signaling the company’s emphasis on disciplined execution of cost synergies and tighter linkage between pay and performance outcomes for key stakeholders.

The most recent analyst rating on (BG) stock is a Buy with a $145.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Bunge Global stock, see the BG Stock Forecast page.

Spark’s Take on BG Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, BG is a Neutral.

The score is held back primarily by weaker profitability versus prior years, increased leverage, and historically volatile cash generation. These risks are partly offset by strong technical momentum (clear uptrend), constructive 2026 guidance with ahead-of-plan Viterra synergies, and a reasonable valuation supported by a moderate dividend yield.
