Bitfarms Moves to U.S. as Keel Infrastructure, Bolsters Data Center Pipeline

Tipranks - Wed Apr 1, 12:00PM CDT

End of Quarter Sale - 50% Off TipRanks

Bitfarms ( (TSE:BITF) ) has shared an update.

Bitfarms reported its 2025 results while accelerating commercialization at its Panther Creek, Sharon and Moses Lake sites and advancing a 2.2 GW development pipeline across North America. The company ended March 27, 2026 with $520 million in cash and Bitcoin, repaid a $100 million Macquarie debt facility to simplify its capital structure, and secured key zoning and leadership additions to support large-scale HPC infrastructure build-out.

Shareholders approved redomiciliation from Canada to the U.S., after which the company will be headquartered in New York and rebranded as Keel Infrastructure with new ticker KEEL on Nasdaq and TSX. Management framed the move, along with senior infrastructure hires and active go-to-market efforts, as strengthening Bitfarms’ standing as a regional leader in high-demand data center markets and enhancing its ability to attract investment-grade counterparties and pursue project or parent-level financing.

The most recent analyst rating on (TSE:BITF) stock is a Buy with a C$7.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Bitfarms stock, see the TSE:BITF Stock Forecast page.
