Bitfarms ( (TSE:BITF) ) has provided an announcement.
Bitfarms has begun distributing materials for a special shareholder meeting on March 20, 2026, where investors will vote on a plan to redomicile the company from Canada to the U.S. and rebrand it as Keel Infrastructure. The board unanimously supports the move, which would see each Bitfarms share exchanged for one Keel Infrastructure share, with the new stock expected to trade on Nasdaq and the TSX under the ticker KEEL, subject to final approvals.
Management argues the U.S. redomiciliation will expand access to capital, improve eligibility for index inclusion, and better align the business with U.S. regulatory and customer expectations for critical data center and HPC/AI infrastructure. The shift is not expected to affect existing operations or facilities, and Keel Infrastructure and its subsidiaries will continue Bitfarms’ current business, with completion targeted around April 1, 2026, pending shareholder, court, and listing approvals.
The most recent analyst rating on (TSE:BITF) stock is a Hold with a C$3.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Bitfarms stock, see the TSE:BITF Stock Forecast page.
