Bitfarms ( (TSE:BITF) ) has provided an update.

On March 20, 2026, Bitfarms reported that its shareholders overwhelmingly approved a statutory plan of arrangement to redomicile the company from Canada to the U.S. and rebrand it as Keel Infrastructure. At a special meeting held the same day, about 99.3% of votes cast backed the proposal, far surpassing the required two‑thirds threshold.

The redomiciliation is planned to take effect on or about April 1, 2026, subject to court approval and other closing conditions, marking a key milestone in the company’s strategic pivot toward U.S.-centric digital infrastructure. Following completion, Keel Infrastructure’s common stock is expected to trade on both Nasdaq and the Toronto Stock Exchange under the new ticker “KEEL,” positioning the business more squarely within U.S. capital markets and potentially reshaping its investor base and commercial profile.

The most recent analyst rating on (TSE:BITF) stock is a Buy with a C$7.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Bitfarms stock, see the TSE:BITF Stock Forecast page.
