Has entered into a share purchase agreement dated April 15, with Prospector Metals Corp. pursuant to which BeMetals will acquire all of Prospector's non-Yukon mineral exploration projects in exchange for 29,400,000 common shares of BeMetals on a post-consolidation basis. BeMetals Corp. shares V.BMET are trading unchanged at $0.06.
