Bank of Montreal Europe plc has been appointed stabilising manager for a £650 million bond issuance by Landeskreditbank Baden-Württemberg – Förderbank, consisting of 4.250% notes due 22 October 2030 priced at 99.630%. The bank may conduct stabilisation activities, including over-allotment and market-supporting trades, within a defined period in line with EU market abuse and prospectus regulations.
