Brookfield Corporation ( (TSE:BN) ) has shared an update.
On April 21, 2026, Brookfield Corporation and its financing subsidiary Brookfield Finance II Inc. executed a supplemental indenture with Computershare Trust Company of Canada to expand an existing note series. The move concerns Brookfield Finance II’s 5.399% medium-term notes due 2055, originally issued in December 2025.
Under the April 21, 2026 supplemental indenture, Brookfield Finance II authorized an additional C$250 million of these notes, increasing the aggregate principal amount of the series to C$900 million. The new notes have the same terms as the original tranche and are fully guaranteed by Brookfield Corporation, reinforcing the group’s use of long-dated Canadian-dollar debt to support its capital structure and funding flexibility.

Spark’s Take on BN Stock
According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, BN is a Neutral.
The score is held back primarily by balance-sheet risk (high leverage), weak cash conversion (negative free cash flow), and a weak technical setup. These are partially offset by a strong and optimistic earnings-call outlook with record distributable earnings, fundraising momentum, and defined growth initiatives, but the high P/E and low dividend yield limit valuation support.
