Citi Reaffirms Their Buy Rating on BP p.l.c. (BP)

In a report released today, Alastair Syme from Citi maintained a Buy rating on BP p.l.c., with a price target of £5.25.

According to TipRanks, Syme is a 5-star analyst with an average return of 16.0% and a 68.14% success rate. Syme covers the Energy sector, focusing on stocks such as BP p.l.c., TotalEnergies SE, and Conocophillips.

In addition to Citi, BP p.l.c. also received a Buy from DZ BANK AG’s Werner Eisenmann in a report issued on February 10. However, on February 11, UBS maintained a Hold rating on BP p.l.c. (LSE: BP).

Based on BP p.l.c.’s latest earnings release for the quarter ending September 30, the company reported a quarterly revenue of p48.39 billion and a net profit of p1.16 billion. In comparison, last year the company earned a revenue of p47.25 billion and had a net profit of p206 million
