BOSTON PIZZA ROYALTIES INCOME FUND ANNOUNCES 3.3% INCREASE TO MONTHLY CASH DISTRIBUTIONS TO UNITHOLDERS

VANCOUVER, BC, April 2, 2026 /CNW/ - Boston Pizza Royalties Income Fund (the "Fund") (TSX: BPF.UN) announced today a cash distribution to unitholders of the Fund ("Unitholders") of $0.124 per unit for March 2026. The distribution will be paid on April 30, 2026 to unitholders of record at the close of business on April 21, 2026. This is an increase of $0.004 per unit, or 3.3%, from the previous monthly distribution rate of $0.120 per unit. On an annualized basis, the new monthly distribution rate equates to $1.488 per unit compared to $1.440 per unit for the previous monthly distribution rate.
