Announced that First Mining Gold Corp. has closed its previously announced sale of its 20% project interest in the Hope Brook Gold Project in Newfoundland with Big Ridge for total consideration comprised of $3,000,000 in cash and 7,000,000 common shares of Big Ridge. Big Ridge Gold Corp. shares V.BRAU are trading unchanged at $0.16.
