B2Gold ( (TSE:BTO) ) has provided an update.

B2Gold Corp. has called its Annual General and Special Meeting of shareholders for June 4, 2026, in Vancouver, British Columbia, setting April 13, 2026 as the record date for voting eligibility. Shareholders will receive materials via a notice-and-access system, with electronic access to the management information circular and the option to request paper copies.

At the meeting, investors will vote on receiving the audited 2025 financial statements, electing directors and reappointing PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditor. Spark’s Take on BTO Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, BTO is a Neutral.

The score is anchored by improved 2025 operating/earnings performance and a low-leverage balance sheet, supported by generally positive earnings-call commentary on liquidity and project pipeline. Offsetting these are weak technical momentum (downtrend/negative MACD) and concerns about cash-flow consistency plus near-term production headwinds and execution risks (notably Goose and permitting timing).
