Cboe Global Markets ( (CBOE) ) has issued an update.

On June 23, 2026, Cboe Global Markets, Inc., as guarantor, entered into an amendment and restatement agreement, effective June 26, 2026, with its clearing subsidiary Cboe Clear Europe N.V. and a syndicate of banks to revise Cboe Clear Europe’s existing credit facility, originally established in 2020 and previously amended several times. The updated facility extends the term to June 25, 2027, keeps the aggregate commitments at €1.2 billion (and €1.7 billion after the accordion feature), and updates various provisions to reflect changes in applicable laws and regulations, ensuring continued committed liquidity for the clearing unit while preserving long-standing banking and customer relationships with key lenders active on Cboe’s markets.

The Company’s obligations under the amended facility remain in full force, underscoring its ongoing support for Cboe Clear Europe’s financing structure and risk management capabilities. Several lenders under the facility also have broader commercial, investment banking and trading relationships with Cboe and its affiliates, highlighting the interconnected nature of its capital providers and market participants and the importance of this credit line to both operational stability and stakeholder engagement.

The most recent analyst rating on (CBOE) stock is a Hold
with a $263.00 price target.
