An update from Cboe Global Markets ( (CBOE) ) is now available.
On July 24, 2026, Cboe Global Markets, Inc. entered into a Third Amended and Restated Credit Agreement establishing a senior unsecured $400 million five-year revolving credit facility, with the option to increase total commitments to $600 million and a $25 million swing line sub-facility. The facility, which matures on July 24, 2031, allows Cboe and designated subsidiaries to borrow, prepay and reborrow under flexible interest rate options tied to public debt ratings and benchmark rates, subject to a 1% floor on certain borrowings.
The agreement introduces updated covenants, including minimum interest coverage and maximum leverage ratios, with limited step-up allowances and enhanced permissions in negative covenants to support Cboe’s clearing activities. The deal also formalizes ongoing relationships with Bank of America and other lenders that are active trading and clearing participants on Cboe’s exchanges, underscoring the company’s reliance on bank counterparties to fund operations and maintain liquidity in support of its market infrastructure role.
The most recent analyst rating on (CBOE) stock is a Sell
with a $288.00 price target.

Spark’s Take on CBOE Stock
According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, CBOE is a Outperform.
The score reflects strong underlying fundamentals (high margins, improved ROE, conservative leverage, and solid cash generation) and a positive earnings outlook with lowered expense guidance and clear strategic cost actions. Offsetting these strengths, technical indicators are notably bearish (below all major moving averages with negative MACD and oversold momentum), and valuation is reasonable rather than clearly cheap, keeping the overall score in the low 70s.
