On December 15, 2025, Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc. entered into a second amended and restated employment agreement with Chief Executive Officer Scott R. Wells, effective January 1, 2026, extending his initial term through January 1, 2030 with automatic four-year renewals thereafter unless either party opts out.
