TD Cowen Remains a Buy on Canadian Apartment (CAR.UN)
TD Cowen analyst maintained a Buy rating on Canadian Apartment today and set a price target of C$46.00.

In addition to TD Cowen, Canadian Apartment also received a Buy from RBC Capital’s Jimmy Shan in a report issued today. However, on the same day, CIBC maintained a Hold rating on Canadian Apartment (TSX: CAR.UN).
Based on Canadian Apartment’s latest earnings release for the quarter ending September 30, the company reported a quarterly revenue of C$252.32 million and a net profit of C$26.19 million. In comparison, last year the company earned a revenue of C$282.44 million and had a net profit of C$47.37 million
