CK Hutchison Holdings ( (HK:0001) ) has shared an update.
CK Hutchison Holdings has announced that, under its Articles of Association, dividends that remain unclaimed for six years after declaration will be forfeited and revert to the company. The board has specified that its 2019 interim dividend of HK$0.87 per share and 2019 final dividend of HK$2.30 per share will be subject to forfeiture if unclaimed by 14 August 2026.
Shareholders entitled to these 2019 dividends are urged to contact the company’s Hong Kong share registrar before 4:30 p.m. on 13 August 2026 to receive payments or cash outstanding dividend warrants. The move underscores CK Hutchison’s enforcement of its dividend policy and may marginally reduce its outstanding liabilities if a portion of the unclaimed dividends ultimately reverts to the company.
