TORONTO, June 26, 2025 /CNW/ - Canada Nickel Company Inc. ("Canada Nickel" or the "Company") (TSXV: CNC) is pleased to announce the closing of the Company's previously announced "best efforts" private placement (the "Brokered Offering") for gross proceeds of C$13,000,750, which includes the full exercise of the agent's option. Under the Brokered Offering, the Company sold 15,295,000 units of the Company (the "Brokered Units") at a price of C$0.85 per Brokered Unit.
