CNH Industrial Extends €3.25 Billion Revolving Credit Facility

CNH Industrial ( (CNH) ) just unveiled an announcement.

On March 26, 2026, CNH Industrial N.V. agreed with Citibank Europe Plc, UK Branch, to extend the maturity of its €3.25 billion committed credit facility to April 18, 2031, reinforcing the group’s access to long-term liquidity and financial flexibility. As of the amendment date there were no borrowings outstanding under this facility, but CNH retains the option to draw and repay funds over time, which may support its future operational and strategic financing needs.

The extension of the large revolving credit line strengthens CNH Industrial’s funding backstop and could help underpin its balance sheet resilience through market cycles, potentially enhancing its standing with lenders and investors. By locking in this source of committed financing until 2031, the company reduces near-term refinancing risk and preserves capacity to support capital investments, working capital requirements, or other general corporate purposes as they arise.

The most recent analyst rating on (CNH) stock is a Hold with a $11.50 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on CNH Industrial stock, see the CNH Stock Forecast page.

Spark’s Take on CNH Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, CNH is a Neutral.

The score is driven primarily by weakening profitability and cautious 2026 guidance (flat-to-down sales and lower margin outlook), partially offset by supportive operating/free cash flow and currently strong price momentum. Valuation also limits upside given the relatively high P/E versus the recent earnings compression.
