Americold Realty ( (COLD) ) has issued an update.

On December 22, 2025, Americold Realty Trust entered into a cooperation agreement with shareholder Ancora and appointed Joseph Reece and Stephen Sleigh as independent directors to its board, expanding the board from nine to 11 members and committing to nominate them at the 2026 annual meeting.
