Evercore ISI Sticks to Their Buy Rating for Costco (COST)

In a report released yesterday, Greg Melich from Evercore ISI maintained a Buy rating on Costco, with a price target of $1,100.00. The company’s shares closed yesterday at $1,002.77.

Melich covers the Consumer Cyclical sector, focusing on stocks such as Advance Auto Parts, Home Depot, and O’Reilly Auto. According to TipRanks, Melich has an average return of 11.0% and a 67.24% success rate on recommended stocks.

In addition to Evercore ISI, Costco also received a Buy from Bank of America Securities’s Christopher Nardone in a report issued on February 27. However, on the same day, Citi maintained a Hold rating on Costco (NASDAQ: COST).

Based on Costco’s latest earnings release for the quarter ending November 23, the company reported a quarterly revenue of $67.31 billion and a net profit of $2 billion. In comparison, last year the company earned a revenue of $62.15 billion and had a net profit of $1.8 billion

Based on the recent corporate insider activity of 68 insiders, corporate insider sentiment is negative on the stock. This means that over the past quarter there has been an increase of insiders selling their shares of COST in relation to earlier this year. Most recently, in January 2026, Teresa A. Jones, the EVP of COST sold 850.00 shares for a total of $838,312.50.
