Cushman & Wakefield price target raised to $19 from $18 at Barclays
Barclays raised the firm’s price target on Cushman & Wakefield to $19 from $18 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares. The firm adjusted ratings and targets in the real estate investment trust group as part of its 2026 outlook. It sees the most upside in apartments, storage, and single family rentals in 2026, and is least positive on cold storage and retail. Barclays remains Neutral on REITs overall for 2026,
