On February 1, 2026, a subsidiary of Community Health Systems completed the sale of its 80% ownership interest in joint ventures that own and operate Tennova Healthcare – Clarksville and certain ancillary businesses in Clarksville, Tennessee, to Vanderbilt University Medical Center and its affiliates, which had previously held a minority stake.
