Has entered into a Royalty Purchase Agreement with Gold Royalty Corp. to sell its net smelter royalty in the Borborema Gold Project for an aggregate purchase price of US$45 million comprised of US$30 million in cash and US$15 million in common shares of GROY to be issued at US$4.20 per share being the 20-day volume weighted average price of the GROY common shares on the day prior to signing the Royalty Purchase Agreement. Dundee Corporation shares T.DC.A are trading up $0.04 at $4.14.
