Truth Social ( (DJT) ) has issued an update.

On August 7, 2026, Trump Media & Technology Group, Crypto.com and Yorkville Acquisition Corp. mutually terminated their previously announced business combination that would have created Trump Media Group CRO Strategy, Inc., citing prevailing market conditions along with shifting business and stakeholder priorities. All initial discussions and development work related to the transaction and its planned digital asset treasury structure have been formally concluded, closing off a potential expansion of Trump Media’s and Crypto.com’s collaboration in digital asset management.

Separately on the same date, Crypto.com, Trump Media and Yorkville America also agreed not to move forward with a limited servicing partnership under which Crypto.com would have supported certain anticipated Yorkville America ETF offerings. Aside from dropping this specific servicing arrangement, Yorkville America stated that its existing and future ETF plans are unchanged, suggesting the strategic pullback is targeted to this crypto-linked tie-up rather than a broader retrenchment in its asset management ambitions.

Spark’s Take on DJT Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, DJT is a Neutral.

The score is held back primarily by extremely weak profitability and elevated balance-sheet/financing risk despite improving TTM cash flow. Technicals provide a modest tailwind (positive MACD and trading above key shorter-term averages), while valuation offers limited support due to ongoing losses and no dividend. Corporate events are balanced, with product/legal progress offset by merger and regulatory uncertainty.
