VANCOUVER. BC, Feb. 28, 2025 /CNW/ - DESERT MOUNTAIN ENERGY CORP. (the "Company") (TSXV: DME) (U.S. OTC: DMEHF) (Frankfurt: QM01) from the President of the Company. DME is pleased to announce that it has closed on the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement offering originally announced on February 4, 2025. The Company has initially raised C$514,000through the issuance of 2,056,000 Units at a price of C$0.25 per Unit.
