VANCOUVER, BC, May 2, 2025 /CNW/ - DESERT MOUNTAIN ENERGY CORP. (the "Company") (TSXV: DME) (OTC: DMEHF) (Frankfurt: QM01) From the President of the Company. DME is pleased to announce that it has closed on the third tranche of its non-brokered private placement offering originally announced on February 4, 2025.  The Company has raised an additional C$215,000through the issuance of 860,000 Units at a price of C$0.25 per Unit.  The Company has now raised a total of C$971,500 through the issuance of 3,886,000Units. The balance of the private placement will remain open until May 16, 2025.
