VANCOUVER, BC, Jan. 14, 2026 /CNW/ - DESERT MOUNTAIN ENERGY CORP. (the "Company") (TSXV: DME) (U.S. OTC: DMEHF) (Frankfurt: QM01) from the President of the Company. DME announces that it is proceeding with a non-brokered private placement offering to raise up to C$275,000. Under the terms of the private placement, the Company will offer for sale up to 1.1 million units (the "Units") at C$0.25 per Unit.
