    Deutsche Telekom AG was formed on January 2, 1995. The Company is a service provider in the telecommunications and information technology sector. The Group reports on the four operating segments Germany, United States, Europe, and Systems Solutions. Systems Solutions operating segment provides customized ICT (Information and Communication Technology) solutions for corporate customers through T-Systems. The Company's USA segment provides mobile network services and other wirless services. Germany and Europe segment is engaged in telecommunication services. The Compnay's products include fixed-network lines, broadband lines, as well as mobile communication networks. The business activities of Company are largely subject to national and European regulation.
