Announced a non-brokered private placement of up to 4,000,000 units of the Company at a price of $0.12 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $480,000. Each Unit shall consist of one common share in the capital of the Company and one Share purchase warrant, whereby each Warrant shall be exercisable by the warrant holder to purchase one additional Share at a price of $0.20 for a period of 24 months from the date of closing of the Private Placement. Edison Lithium Corp. shares V.EDDY are trading unchanged at $0.18.
