Endeavour Mining ( (TSE:EDV) ) just unveiled an announcement.
Endeavour Mining has announced that non-executive director Cathia Lawson-Hall has joined the board of Ecobank Transnational Incorporated as a non-executive director, effective 3 June 2026. The appointment links Endeavour to a major pan-African banking group, potentially broadening its network and reinforcing its regional footprint, while underscoring the cross-industry expertise represented on its board.
The move may enhance Endeavour’s strategic insight into African financial markets, which are central to its West African operations, and could support stronger stakeholder relationships across the region. It also reflects the company’s efforts to maintain a diversified and experienced board as it pursues its growth and sustainability objectives in the gold mining sector.
