Equinor ASA (0M2Z) Gets a Sell from Citi

Citi analyst Alastair Syme maintained a Sell rating on Equinor ASA on April 2 and set a price target of NOK260.00.

According to TipRanks, Syme is a 5-star analyst with an average return of 19.1% and a 70.34% success rate. Syme covers the Energy sector, focusing on stocks such as BP p.l.c., TotalEnergies SE, and Conocophillips.

In addition to Citi, Equinor ASA also received a Sell from Barclays’s Naisheng Cui in a report issued on March 31. However, on April 1, Berenberg Bank maintained a Hold rating on Equinor ASA (LSE: 0M2Z).

Based on Equinor ASA’s latest earnings release for the quarter ending December 31, the company reported a quarterly revenue of NOK25.3 billion and a net profit of NOK1.31 billion. In comparison, last year the company earned a revenue of NOK26.54 billion and had a net profit of NOK2 billion
