Equinor ASA ( (EQNR) ) just unveiled an announcement.

Between 13 July and 16 July 2026, Equinor ASA executed the final portion of its second share buy-back tranche for 2026, repurchasing 273,159 shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 345.0364. This brought total repurchases under the tranche, which ran from 19 May to no later than 20 July 2026 after being announced on 6 May, to 3,534,975 shares with an aggregate value of about NOK 1.19 billion.

Following completion of these buy-backs, Equinor held 14,255,775 treasury shares, equal to 0.60% of its share capital, including shares tied to its share savings programme.
