Exco Technologies Ltd Exco Technologies Limited ("Exco" or the "Company") was formed by articles of amalgamation dated July 28, 1986 under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) amalgamating Exco Holdings Inc. and two other holding companies with Extrusion Machine Co. Limited (Extrusion) and Qualitool Inc. The Company is a designer, developer and manufacturer of dies, moulds, components and assemblies, and consumable equipment for the die-cast, extrusion and automotive industries. The Company's segments are Automotive Solutions segment; Polytech, Polydesign and Neocon. Polytech and Polydesign are the providers of flexible restraint and storage solutions for the automotive market. Neocon is a designer and manufacturer of trays and rigid cargo organizer products for OEMs. Polytech and Polydesign have three principal products such as flexible storage systems, flexible restraint systems and plastic injection moulded consoles, gearshift boots and componentry. Polydesign has also added additional product lines which include the cutting and sewing of seat covers, headrests, instrument panels, sun visors and door panel. Neocon manufactures and designs plastic thermoformed trays and blow moulded automotive cargo organizer systems. Neocon has two product categories: cargo organizer systems and flooring and protective systems. Neocon's product line complements the flexible storage products offered by Polytech and Polydesign and further strengthen the Automotive Solutions segment. The Company's facilities are located in Canada, U.S., Mexico and Morocco and supply the North American, European and Asian markets.
