Announces today that it has entered into a definitive agreement with Geopark Limited for the divestment of Frontera Petroleum International Holdings B.V. for an equity value of up to $400 million, including $375 million payable upon closing and a $25-million contingent payment payable upon the achievement of certain development milestones, subject to customary closing adjustments.
