(TSXV: FFP) (the "Company" or "Firstfund") for the three months ended June 30, 2023 show a net loss of $54,599 or $0.01 per share (2022 - net loss of $168,504 or $0.03 per share). The Company recorded an unrealized net loss of $35,044 in 2023 (2022 - $175,217) on the revaluation of the investments in Vitality Products Inc. (TSXV: VPI) measured at fair value through profit or loss. The Company's fee income increased to $85,086 for the three months ended June 30, 2023 (2022 - $81,088).
