Flutter Entertainment PLC ( (FLUT) ) has shared an update.

Flutter Entertainment plc has continued its U.S. share buyback activity, redeeming and cancelling 65,271 ordinary shares on April 14 through Goldman Sachs at a volume-weighted average price of about $107.25. Following this latest tranche, the group will have 174,106,224 ordinary shares in issue, marginally reducing its share count.

The purchases form part of Flutter’s previously announced plans to repurchase up to $250 million of stock over a 10-week period from March 12, within a broader buyback program of up to $5 billion disclosed in 2024. The ongoing buybacks underscore the company’s capital return strategy and may enhance earnings per share, while signaling management’s confidence in Flutter’s long-term valuation.
