CALGARY, AB, Sept. 25, 2024 /CNW/ - NG Energy International Corp. ("NGE" or the "Company") (TSXV: GASX) (OTCQX: GASXF) is pleased to announce that further to the Company's press release dated September 3, 2024, it has closed its previously announced "best-efforts" private placement offering of 28,572,000 common shares (the "Common Shares") of the Company (the "Offered Shares") at an offering price of C$1.05 per Offered Share for aggregate gross proceeds of C$30,000,600 (the "Offering").
