VANCOUVER, British Columbia, June 01, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Gambier Gold Corp. (TSX.V: GGAU) (“Gambier” or the “Company”) announces effective immediately, a change of the Board of Directors and management of the Company. As a result of the Annual General Meeting held on June 1, 2022 (the “AnnualMeeting”), Gambier’s shareholders have overwhelmingly supported the transition in favour of replacing the existing board. A total of approximately 23,600,000 common shares, representing approximately 51% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company, were represented at the Annual Meeting.
