TORONTO, Jan. 12, 2026 /CNW/ - Global Atomic Corporation ("Global Atomic" or the "Company") (TSX: GLO) (OTCQX: GLATF) (FRANKFURT: G12) is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement (the "Offering") for gross proceeds of up to C$50 million from the sale of up to 56,818,182 units of the Company (each, a "Unit") at a price of C$0.88 per Unit. Red Cloud Securities Inc. is acting as finder in connection with the Offering.
