Ganfeng Lithium Group has called an extraordinary general meeting for 11 March 2026 in Jiangxi to seek shareholder approval for a series of financial and corporate actions. The agenda includes investing self-owned funds in wealth management products, authorising foreign exchange hedging by the company and its subsidiaries, approving continuing related-party transactions for 2026 and appointing a new independent non-executive director.

Shareholders are also being asked to approve forecasts for external guarantees, new guarantees to associates including Mt Marion Lithium and Hong Kong Luyuan, and changes to registered capital alongside amendments to the articles of association.
