At the 72nd Annual General Meeting, held October 28, 2025, Stéphane Lespérance, CRM, was elected Chair of the Board of Governors of The Insurance Institute of Canada (IIC). Stéphane Lespérance is President of Aon Canada based in Montréal, Québec.

London Bradley, MBA, BSc, is Deputy Chair and President and CEO at Allstate Insurance Company of Canada.

Barbara Bellissimo, BA, FCIP is Vice Chair, Membership-at-Large and President and CEO of HSB Canada.

James Russell, BMath, FCIA is Immediate Past Chair and President and CEO of TD Insurance based in Toronto, Ontario.

Regional Vice Chairs are:
