(TSXV: HASH) (OTC: SSCLCF) ("SSC") is pleased to announce that it has closed the previously announced acquisition of all the outstanding shares of Delta 9 Bio-Tech Inc. ("Bio-Tech") from Delta 9 Cannabis Inc. ("Delta 9") through a share purchase agreement ("SPA") (the "Acquisition"). SSC is also pleased to announce that it has changed Bio-Tech's corporate name to Humble Grow Co. ("Humble").
