SSC is also pleased to announce that it has closed the previously announced repayment and amendment of non-interest bearing promissory notes of up to $7.15 million due to the prior shareholders of ANC Inc. ("ANC"), comprised of a promissory note of $3.65 million (the "Promissory Note"), previously due May 31, 2025, and a earn-out note with up to $3.5 million outstanding, previously due October 31, 2025 (together with the Promissory Note, the "Notes").
