Hengan International Group has announced that Mr. Li Wai Leung will resign as executive director, chief financial officer, company secretary, and authorised representative with effect from 1 April 2026, to pursue other career opportunities. The board noted that Mr. Li has no disagreement with the directors and that there are no matters related to his departure that need to be brought to shareholders’ attention.

The company has appointed Mr. Pang Yiu Chi Edwin as company secretary and authorised representative from the same date, following his recent arrival as Finance and Investor Relations Director. With over 17 years of experience in auditing, accounting, financial reporting, and corporate finance at major firms and international corporations, Mr. Pang will oversee the group’s finance and investor relations functions, signaling continuity and reinforcement of the company’s financial governance and compliance capabilities.
