The latest update is out from HubSpot ( (HUBS) ).

On March 27, 2026, HubSpot director Ron Gill notified the board that he would resign effective June 30, 2026, in a move the company said was not related to any disagreement. On March 31, 2026, the board expanded its size to 12 members and appointed MongoDB Chief Financial Officer Mike Berry as a Class III director, effective April 1, 2026, with his term running until the 2026 annual meeting of stockholders or until a successor is elected.

Berry will serve on HubSpot’s audit committee upon joining the board and is slated to become its chair after Gill’s departure on June 30, 2026, reinforcing the company’s financial oversight as it scales. With more than three decades of finance and operations experience at major public technology companies, Berry’s appointment is intended to bolster HubSpot’s governance and financial discipline globally at a critical stage of growth driven by its AI-focused customer platform strategy.

Spark’s Take on HUBS Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, HUBS is a Outperform.

The score is driven by strong financial performance (profitability turnaround, improved balance sheet, and robust free cash flow) and a constructive earnings outlook with margin expansion and capital return. These positives are materially offset by very weak technicals (sharp downtrend and oversold momentum) and unfavorable/less-informative valuation signals from a negative P/E and no dividend yield.
