ICBC Sets Final 2025 Dividend and Hong Kong Payout Timetable

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China ( (HK:1398) ) has issued an update.

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited has announced a final ordinary cash dividend of RMB 1.689 per 10 shares for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, for its Hong Kong-listed equity. Shareholders may receive the payout in Hong Kong dollars or renminbi, with the HKD equivalent and applicable exchange rate to be disclosed later.

The dividend, subject to shareholder approval on 23 April 2026, will go ex-dividend on 4 May, with a record date of 12 May and payment scheduled for 16 June 2026. The timetable signals continued capital returns to investors and provides clarity on the post-year-end distribution schedule, though details of withholding tax treatment and some currency election arrangements are still to be announced.
